Meet the staff that run Churchdown Day Nursery and look after the children that attend.
Cathy setup the nursery within her own home in April 1997. The business developed out of a passion for seeing children thrive and develop and a wish to bring a family environment into the childcare industry.
Since starting the nursery Cathy has been actively involved at all levels and is qualified to NVQ level 3.
In recent months Cathy has confidently handed over day to day management to her two managers, to allow her to take a more hands off approach, whilst still being influential in decision making and continuing to drive the nursery forward.
Ashley is married to Cathy and is the business finance director.
Ashley has a solid background in accounts and business management, and has been an instrumental in ensuring that the business continues to thrive and develop.
